When you place an order we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, mobile phone number (if provided), shipping or pickup details, order contents, and any notes. If you choose to pay online, payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to process and fulfill your order, communicate with you about that order, and keep records required to run our business. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

SMS text messaging

If you opt in by checking the consent box on our order form and providing your mobile number, we use that number only to send you transactional text messages about your order — order confirmation and pickup, shipping, and status updates. Message frequency varies (typically 2–5 messages per order). Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our website host, email provider, and payment processor), strictly to perform those services on our behalf, and only as needed. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Data retention

We keep order and consent records for as long as needed to fulfill orders and meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, after which we delete or anonymize them.
