These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Reysy's Gourmet website and your orders with us. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
Orders & pricing
Prices are shown per item on our order form. Applicable sales tax and, for shipped orders, shipping charges are added at checkout. We bake to order and reserve the right to confirm availability and timing; if we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will contact you and issue a refund.
SMS text-message program terms
Program: Reysy's Gourmet Order Notifications. By checking the SMS consent box on our order form and providing your mobile number, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Reysy's Gourmet about your order — including order confirmation and pickup, shipping, and status updates. This program is used only for order-related messages and is never used for marketing or promotional content.
- Message frequency: varies, typically 2–5 messages per order.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan.
- Help: Reply HELP for help, or email sales@reysy-gourmet.com.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
